We know that how and when an order will ship is of extremely high importance to you. If you ever have any questions about shipping estimates or methods please contact us.
Shipping Policies
The Simple Coffee Table Store partners with many manufacturers and distributors all over the country to bring you, the customer, the products you want in the shortest amount of time at the lowest prices possible. While both our costs and your costs are a strong consideration for these partnerships, we also ship from many U.S. locations to ensure that we do not use more fossil fuels than we need to deliver your purchase. Energy conservation is extremely important to all of us at The Simple Coffee Table Store as well as all other Simple Stores.

We use many local and national freight and small parcel carriers to ship your order in the most efficient way possible. Be advised that due to certain conditions, products may be shipped using an alternative to the method stated on the product page. Once an order ships, we will notify you via email of this status update, along with any available shipment tracking information. Most carriers can provide for you an estimated delivery date. We try to estimate the time in which each item ships, but please keep in mind these are just estimates, not actual delivery dates. Items occasionally go out of stock or become discontinued. We will send you all available information we have about your order fulfillment status.

For Truck Freight and White Glove deliveries, the shipping company will attempt to contact you to schedule a convenient time for you to receive your delivery. Please note, the shipping company will make multiple attempts to reach you at the telephone numbers provided by you during checkout. In the event you are unable to be reached, no response is received, or you are unwilling to accept delivery of your order, your order will be returned in accordance with our standard return policies.

At this time, The Simple Coffee Table Store can ship only to addresses in the contiguous United States.

Shipping Methods
Each product on The Simple Coffee Table Store has a particular shipping method associated with it so we can provide our customers with the most efficient delivery. The Simple Coffee Table Store partners with only the best carriers across the country. Here are the ways your order might ship.
Common Carrier
Products under a certain weight will be shipped by UPS, FEDEX, DHL or USPS. For many of the smaller items that we sell, these companies will provide the fastest and safest way to deliver your order. In most cases, our order will arrive between 1 and 6 business days (1 to 10 business days for USPS) after it ships.

The Simple Coffee Table Store does not require a signature for small parcel deliveries. However, signing for your delivery might be standard policy for the courier company. To ensure that they will leave your parcel without you having to sign for it, leave a note instructing the driver to deliver your package “No Signature Required.” You should also include your name and tracking number with this note.

Truck Freight
Products heavier or larger than the specified small parcel weight limit will be delivered by truck freight. This means, that when the order arrives at the shipping address, it is the customer’s responsibility to unload the item/s. If you are unable to remove the item from the back of the truck by yourself, please make sure that you have someone available to help you when the delivery arrives.

For residential deliveries, the shipping carrier will contact you at the telephone number provided to schedule a delivery appointment. In most cases, companies offer appointment windows of usually 2 to 4 hours, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday.

Please inspect the package at the time of delivery. If you notice that the box shows signs of any damage, or if you are at all concerned that there might be damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that the truck freight representative will ask you to sign. This action simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem. Otherwise the item or its damaged parts may not be replaced.

In addition to regular truck freight services, if you think you may not be able to unload the item delivered to you by regular truck freight, or if you cannot arrange for help at the time of delivery, most truck freight companies may be able to help you remove it from the back of the truck into your house for an additional fee. You should request extra shipping services at the same time that your order is placed.

White-Glove Shipping
Due to the size and weight of certain products, for your convenience we have coordinated the shipping and delivery of this item with a white glove freight carrier. White glove carriers differ from common carriers in many ways:
  • When your order arrives in your area, you will be telephoned by a representative from the white glove carrier to arrange a 4 hour window for delivery.
  • All white glove deliveries will provide the unloading and transport your item(s) from their truck to inside your home or office.
Additionally, the white glove team will provide addition services as they are described below.

White Glove Bronze
Bronze service level provides inside the threshold of your residence. Product will be left in a front entrance, mudroom, or garage. If you live in an apartment building or condo, the product will be carried up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights, please contact us. The product will be left in the original packaging.

White Glove Silver
Silver service level provides delivery to the room of choice within your residence. Silver service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights, please contact us. The product will be left in the original packaging.

White Glove Gold
Gold service level provides delivery to the room of choice in your residence. Gold service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide basic setup that requires no tools (i.e. will set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other). The shipper will also remove and dispose of all packaging if requested. We recommend retaining your packaging to make easier the process of returning on order. If you need the product moved up additional flights please contact us.
In all cases the shipper will not connect, assemble or install any electrical or component wires. Having items carried up more than two-flights of steps and longer assembly periods are available for an additional fee. Please contact us if you feel you need these services.

White Glove Platinum
Platinum service level provides delivery to the room of choice inside your residence. This service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide light setup that requires basic tools (i.e. pieces will be screwed or bolted together, set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other). The shipper will also remove and dispose of all packaging if requested. We recommend retaining your packaging to make easier the process of returning on order. If you need the product moved up additional flights please contact us.

*For delivery services where packaging can be removed and disposed of, we urge our customers to save the original packaging. In the event you wish to return your item(s), all returns must be in original packaging or additional funds may be incurred during the return process.

**In all cases the shipper will not hookup any electrical or component wires. Having items carried up more than 2 flights and longer assembly periods are available as additional services which would require additional charges. Contact us if you believe you would require such additional services.
Free Shipping
The Simple Coffee Table Store offers free shipping on nearly all of our products. We do this to keep your shopping experience easy to understand. The price you see is the price you will pay. Please be aware that many other websites will not disclose your total order cost until much later in the checkout process. We at The Simple Coffee Table Store want you to know exactly what you will be buying and how much you will be paying from the moment you begin shopping with us. Please be aware that if you decide to return your purchase to us, we will refund to you the entire purchase price excluding any shipping and handling fees which The Simple Coffee Table Store accrued during your order fulfillment.
